Don't you just hate it when your mobile phone battery wont even last until you get home? How it goes flat every time you talk, use the camera, listen to a song or browse the internet? It really is very frustrating to have a weak battery that cannot hold much power to last a day with average activity. Reasons for a weak battery are the misuse of the battery and the lack of proper maintenance. The capacity of a mobile phone battery is measured by its standby time and talk time. It is measured in milli-amph hours (mAh). Rechargeable batteries have three main types, Nickel Cadmium (NiCd), Nickel Metal Hydride (NiMH), and Lithium Ion (LiIon). Lithium Ion (LiIon) batteries are what you find in most mobile phones and in order to preserve the battery you might want to follow these steps.
My drill comparison showed many drills are now listed as drill drivers instead of just a cordless drill. Cordless drivers have a clutch. The clutch controls the amount of torque applied. When the preset resistance has been reached It disengages the drill driver's drive shaft making a clicking sound. By setting the clutch correctly you won't strip a screw or overdrive it once it's snug. So its important to pay attention to the clutch settings so you are able to take advantage of clutch and not strip the screws. Why is this important? If you have a relatively new PC the only problem you will get are error messages relating to the clock on start up. No big deal. If your PC is older then a low battery could be a nightmare. I had a PC which once cobalt ontario every few months refused to boot. Rather than take the PC in for repair or start replacing parts myself the first thing I did was look at the BIOS settings. It was soon obvious that the BIOS settings were corrupt (wrong bus speed). I put a volt meter on the battery and sure enough it was reading 2.2 volts.
Once charging is complete unplug it. Do not leave it connected to the power. Even though it is charging no more, it can heat up your battery and decrease the battery life.

Along with the quick-charge, the battery life is also very good so you don't really have to worry too much about it dying on you.
Lithium mines Ontario-Ion batteries are revolutionary in fact, not just simply better than Ni-Cd. They don't have memory effect, which means you can easily use them a little and then partially recharge them just to discharge them to a certain percentage of their capacity other than zero. They like partial charges and discharges better than full ones, but memory effect is not something you should be aware of.
My drill of choice that I would say is the best cordless drill is the Makita BDF452H model. For under two hundred dollars, it is a must buy. It features a fifteen minute battery charger and lithium batteries. The drill is extremely lightweight. It is very comfortable in your hand, that it feels like an extension of your arm. It is a very powerful drill and great for any construction project.
